Well for now, until I know for sure, I cut some fuel hose the long way and wrapped it around. Four worm clamps later its holding until I can get proper line replacement.

When I took the rubber retainer off the fuel sprayed out n such a fine mist that it evaporated before it could touch the ground. Of all the lines, only this one was rusted and it was bad.
