Geesh, Our IL State Senators get 2 per year they can give out, on the taxpayers.

You should see how they give them out, friends, family and DONORS.
Many don't live in their district as they are supposed to.
MANY MANY didn't make the minimum requirements to get into the school the grant is for (State school) but the Poli's push the colleges to let them in over quailified candidates.

So she isn't all that bad.

Although her claim to STUPIDITY just proves she's perfectly qualified for the position she's in.
