I think with such a small motor you will always be paying a lot of money for tiny gains.
Not to mention you will lose too much low end power and hence drivability.
I suggest that if you get the exhaust working fine, then maybe just put a better intake and maybe throttle body...
In the end of the day, you have the slowest 202 there is, so you don't ever really "surprise" other drivers, because at best they will confuse you with a C200.
I unfortunately have the same problem. I have a 2.2L (M111 motor) and I feel it is pointless to bother with it.
By the way, with your headers, did you notice a power gain throughout the revrange or just top end?
