OK, the hoses from the turbo modulator go as follows:

The inlet is a plastic line going into the center of the modulator. The feed to the wastegate is right next to it, also on top. The vent line runs out the bottom of modulator to a small filter on top of the fender.

The modulator itself is located under the hose leading from the air filter to the turbo inlet.
