I might have a seller who screwed me over on Gunbroker.com over a set of sights for my Sig rifle. I sent him a check from my bank three weeks ago this Friday and still have not received my sights.
Granted it was only $265 but I am pissed!
Tomorrow I will send him a final message saying that if the sights or a check is not in my hand by Wednesday I will push this up to the next level.(three weeks plus a few days from when I sent the money) But I am pissed I am ready to report him to the postmaster general, but I am wondering about my legal options. I am meeting with one of my attorney's tomorrow about and unrelated thing, and will ask him.
My question is can I sue him in CT through small claims and screw him over pretty good?
At this point I am pissed and would gladly spend a few bucks to make this POS sweat.

Even though it will be a waste of money spending a few bucks will be worth it. I think at the very least my attorney will be sending him a letter.
