Yul may have been tougher than some guy named Chuck, but not Chuck Norris.
No one is tougher than Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris IS what it means to be tough. The concept of toughness came about only after Chuck Norris was born. Chuck Norris wasn't technicaly born--he has always existed.
