Several members that had cars that were throwing random misfire codes during full throttle acceleration had problems with exhaust system back-pressure. You mentioned that you had changed the cats because of a rattle, were the replacement cats OEM or aftermarket?

Have you checked the exhaust system for excessive back-pressure?
