If not done previously I'd do all the fluids including the often-overlooked differential, too.
Check the front wheel bearings (or if you're not too far from front brakes, repack them at your next brake job and then adjust them). I don't have an AMG, but the grease on mine was looking pretty thin at 112K.
Did you already do spark plugs? If not it's time.
Bosch specs 100K to check/replace the O2 sensors. I'm not sure how to check the things (I'm sure Bosch has a nice bench testing setup but not many of us have that in the garage...) so I just replaced mine, although I did it a bit early because I had to replace the cats and it's lots easier with the pipes out of the car. That said, if you're a DIYer get the splice-in universal Bosch and you'll save some decent money, but it's a tradeoff for the time you spend. The sensors will start slowly getting out of range and you'll lose a bit of economy and perhaps performance; that usually happens long before they trigger a CEL (although often they'll throw codes before that if you happen to check).
Fuel filter if not already done, too.
