I have moved every year for the past 4 years...and it never gets any easier. This year I was moving out of a 3 story rowhome into a 2nd floor apartment (last year was from a 3rd story attic to this 3rd story rowhome too). So thats 3 flights of stairs to the front door, then up 3 more flights to where the parking area is (steep hill, terraced), then drive 2 miles up the road, and 2 more flights of stairs. I burned a ton of calories that day. I feel your pain.
