A friend of mine sold his house and land for an amount over 7 digits that he had owned and lived in for 60 years+. I ask if he needed any help moving and he sain NO. On moving day, he and his wife got in their car (old ford of some kind), drove to the Mercedes store and bought a new S class. Went shopping for cloths and furniture. Had every thing delivered to their new home. Left on a 1 week cruise. When returning home, they went to their new home that was 100%new. Only thing moved from the old home was the family Bible.

Now, that is the way to move.
