The easiest one is simply to run some Vacuum Hose from the Vacuum Shutoff on the IP that is long enough to reach the Driver and have the Driver simply suck on the Vacuum Hose.
That part of the job can be done in 15 minutes.

If you or the GF are embarrassed about sucking on a Hose in public you might provide some sort of Bulb to squeeze like one of those Fuel Transfer type hose setups with a Bulb.

Or find something else suitable to create the Vacuum.

The above assumes the Vacuum Shutoff on the IP is good.
