C220 M111 Compression Test/Leak Test

On a 1996 C220 with M111 engine (4 cyl) what results should I expect for compression test and leakdown test? What results would give you caution and what would you walk away from? I realize that all cylinders should be reasonably uniform but what difference is OK?

The car has 170,000 km (105,000 miles +/-) and appears very well maintained so I have high expectations.

Other posts state that 11.5 bar (167 psi) is new spec for compression test but couldn't find anything on the leakdown test.

Thanks,
Paul
