PSSSSST: Yes they do. At a paper mill in OK? or AR. Several emplyees were fired for having guns in there cars in direct violation of company policy. THey took it to court and won there jobs back. The court ruled that private property rights do not over ride the 2nd admendment(as long as the firearm is legally owned etc etc) I am trying to find the case now.
