I was out of town for several days, the car sat for the duration. After my return I started the car, to my surprise after turning the key off it kept running for a second or two. But if the car is driven for a short distance it will shutdown normal. What I know of this car it sounds like what vacuum pressure supposed to be maintain it is not while it statice for a long time. This is the same experience when I was waiting for the started (three days) seating.

After all the suggestions I replaces all the old connecting hone to the vacuum lines to make sure none of them were leaking, I can honestly say all were replace. and checked any crack lines.
