I prefer to let folks contact me through the CL reply address (as you did) rather than listing my email address or phone # on the web. It can be advantageous to have people meet you someplace when it's time to sell, to protect your privacy, but that's going to be tough to do with a hot tub. I have allowed many folks to come by my house for purchases and have yet to have any trouble, though.
