Pol Pot, died in 1998.
Great, we have 4 old men who probably can't remember squat. So we have "Victor's Justice". Great symbolic gesture but essentially meaningless. As a deterrent, justice has to be swift, certain and fair. We got the certain part since this is a rigged trial. Not really fair since they only have 1 life each to give. Swift? Well, hardly.
