Neither of the laptops are mobile. I was just really concerned about the HomePNA option from a speed perspective.

Looks like the plan is to try to run ethernet cables and use the ethernet router, if not, then fall back on the Home PNA option.

In any event, I am looking at Linksys equipment for both the ethernet and HomePNA option.
