We had a recent case in Australia with a judge getting a camera ticket. He claimed that a friend was driving, problem was the friend died 6 months earlier. The judge is now doing time & so no longer a judge.
If the pic doesnt show your face, you may be able to say some one else was driving, you would need to find the details of a person who was able to drive on that day & is no longer with us. Of course I am only joking
