I lived in Toronto in the late 70's, right downtown. Loved it. Last time I was there about 8 yrs ago, I thought things had gone seriously downhill. Never saw a homeless person when I lived there. Saw a lot when I was there recently.
I can't recall anyone ever driving only 100kph on the QEW.
