The Black Panthers had nothing to do with that so-called case. That was a couple of knuckleheads who called themselves the New Black Panther party.
Right. Justices Roberts, Alito, Scalia, Thomas, and Kennedy are just so concerned about annoying Obama. That must be why that case went nowhere. A lack of evidence couldn't have had anything to do with it.
