Light waves can cause cancer in animals. But most of them ingest the elements you think you are protecting your paint from on a daily basis.

I agree with you on this base on my own experience with wax or polishes and the hot Californian desert sun we have here. I think if the product can prove UV protection, I would use it, but I don't think there is a product out there that can prove it.
