Massive smoke, Is it dead?

On the drive home the car made a small clunck and became very underpowered. After checking temp and oil pressure (both were fine) I decided the best course of action was to get the car home.

The car is running relatively normal though underpowered, she is putting out a massive smoke cloud whenever running and there is literally oil dripping from the tailpipe. No oil in water system. My initial though is headgasket, but why the clunk? and why is the oil unburnt out the tailpipe? Next idea is the turbo but there again it seems unlikely. Wouldn't the engine have sucked in the remains of the turbo? why would the rebuilt turbo I got from phil inside of a year be gone already?

Not surprisingly I need my car, I'll be working as fast as possible to diagnose the problem and get it back on the road. Can anyone think of a possibility beyond headgasket of turbo?

Any help or ideas is, as always, greatly appreciated.
