Being at home I am guessing, but that number would be rear suspension and I think that is the one that has its hole drilled offset so that a small toe correction can be made.

Is that what you want? The normal bushing is an 01 or 02 if I recall. Both should still be available. I might have a 07 in stock as we used to stock them. Did you ask the dealer to order it? They wouldn't stock it, they are not cost effective to replace.
