That still doesn't answer my question, does it? Once again. Are you saying that the only way I can disagree with something that I am forced to pay for is to divorce myself from the benefits IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT I HAD TO PAY INTO IT. It is a simple question that requires a "yes" or "no" answer.
Edit: One more question that I asked and you didn't seem to dare to answer. I disagree with SS. If I divorced myself from SS, would you pay me back the money I put in with interest?
You wouldn't be trying to gag dissent, would you?

Ah yes.... the infamous "Alkim framing the argument to his liking" post....
No one is saying that anyone has to do anything, but when you criticize something that you are benefiting from, that is called "ironic" And can be seen as hypocritical. If she wanted to come out with why gov't run health plans are bad because of her experience with them, then we wouldn't be having this discussion, but she isn't. She is a hypocrite. Besides, she didn't pay into it, her husband did. Is everything you earn your wife's?
I thought I answered that one, no I wouldn't give you your money back. Interest??? Ha. You're very funny. Like it or not, we've all been playing the SS game for a long time, and it's way too late to say you want out.
Gag dissent? never. Call people out on their hypocrisy? absolutely. Whenever possible
