What's your point? The money is co-mingled and therefore, it is the same thing. Pretty much so would be the answer. If I got a credit card tomorrow and maxed it out, my wife is also responsible. If she wins the lottery tomorrow, it is also my gain.
So let me understand you. I cannot get out of it and I have to pay into it. If I criticize it and say it is a bad plan, I cannot take what I paid into it out without being a hypocrite? So, who can criticize it? Except if you are fabulously wealthy and can write off what you put in?
Fair enough. What do you expect her to do? Give up what was paid into it or STFU?

Yes, Irony is invisible to you.... Must be a bleak world you live in with everything so monochromatic...
last chance charlie... she runs on a platform of criticizing gov't run health plans.... she is receiving benefits from a gov't run health care program... she does not admit to being on the plan.... she does not use her experience to highlight the problems with gov't run health care programs (which she should certainly have if they are as bad as she says)... she is in a position to accurately dissect the gov't run healthcare program, but apparently cannot, because it is not poorly managed... does this not scuttle her argument that gov't run health plans are bad? does it not show her to be a hypocrite? anytime one is campaigning against something which they are involved in, the only way to combat the appearance of hypocrisy is with disclosure. something she did not do. she may have valid points, she may have been able to use her experience to promote her argument, but she did not... all outward appearances are that she is perfectly happy with her gov't run health plan...
Just to be clear, I am not speaking now about the validity of her argument, just the ridiculous position which she has put herself. hypocrite, loser, tea-bagger
I really can't dumb it down any further, so if you are still lost, I can not help you.
