She does have a relatively free hand to do what she wants with the money or property. Obviously, we do consult each other when we get to certain items that we aren't sure about or items over a certain figure. As my medical POA, she could, if I am down, shut me down permanently and take over everything. I did give her that power. Everything I make is hers do do as she please within certain limits as everything she makes is mine to do with within those limits.
