Do you see an option 3 or what do you suggest? According to post 17, you seem to allude to option 1. What is YOUR position?
As a U.S. Senator, she would receive taxpayer-funded health coverage, no? If so, I vote #1, as win or lose, the "divorce" would be short-lived.
