I was able to manually adjust the passenger mirror by simply moving it with my hands. I have it where I want it and I'm the only driver, so I don't need any power to it. Good thing, it has failed.

My drivers side mirror doesn't have enough adjustment, so I'm considering one of those small convex stick-on mirrors. That won't really help on the passenger side, I wouldn't think.

Where you want the mirror is personal preference.
