Yes. The only differences in dashboards are the hole ACC temp sensor on the top between the two center vents, the hole for the Idle adjust knob, the texture pattern, and the sound insulation. Other than that the dashboards themselves are exactly the same. Any 123 dashboard will fit in anyother 123.

Except if you got a rigth hand drive dash to put in a left hand drive car.
