I am not sure what part you are talking. Sure the scenes in down town Delhi could be close to what is in NYC although when I was there I do not recall it being that way. The dirt road going to the damn is not something I recall ever seeing any where in the US. I do not recall ever reading or hearing of a single stretch of road in the US where close to 200,000 people were killed in accidents.
