I am looking for help in checking my IP timing. Anyone with the tools in CT NY or MA want to help in exchange for beer?

I just put in a set of Monark nozzles and want to set my IP timing.

Is a primer pump neccessary? Mine is currently removed and the hole plugged while chasing down an air leak. Do I need to put in back?
