Any help would be appreciated.

Minimum method you can release the tensioner and remove the serpentine belt, then use the serpentine belt and a pair of visegrips to form a strap wrench to hold the water pump pulley. The clutch is held in place with an 8 mm allen bolt in the center of the clutch.

If there is a Harbor Freight within driving distance you can but a pulley spinning/holding tool for $8 that will let you hold the pulley and remove the bolt. You should be able to drive the vehicle without the fan without too much of a problem!
