Can anyone tell me what is common between a 190DT injection pump and a 190D injection pump?

Is the mechanical portion the same and can you transfer any turbo specific parts over from the 190DT pump to the 190D pump?

In short, can I use a 190D injection pump in my 190DT? At this point my IP is fine, however, if I can pick up a spare on the cheap I would like to, in case either one of my IPs goes out.
