230S. 111 fintail with zenith 35/40 INAT carbs.

The front carb has a small dribble of fuel drops from the atomizer area ,quite similar to a leaking needle valve . What could cause it ?
To verify the operation of the needle valve i swapped it with rear one still the occasional dribble. The rear carb works fine with no dribble .
