What do i need to remove? The centre console, all the climatic controls, everything think and the kitchen sink.

This is a very big job. If you are doing it, replace the evaporator and all vacuum pods. You WILL regret it if you don't. Trust me.
Before undertaking this monster, disconnect each end of the heater core and connect the two. Run the car and if the leak stops then you know the heater core is the issue.
