when I changed out motors on the 81 300sd installing the 85's motor I ran into this problem.
The small pulley would not allow belts to tighten so I used the large pulley from the 81 and the plastic fan from the 85.
Now knowing this isn't correct I would like to install the smaller pulley.

The 85 300sd had the same belts as the 81 but were adjusted out full and slipping bad.

Can anyone help me with a belt size or number ?
