Maybe I am missing something here. The first pump is dead, impeller not turning, and second pump is working, impeller turning, the first pump being dead is stopping the fuel flow to the second pump. If the second pump works, why do I need to replace it (the second pump) when the first pump is preventing fuel feed to the second pump?
You have answered my original question though, which was if the first pump is dead, would that stop fuel flow to the second pump. Thanks!
I just don't follow the logic for replacing the second pump.
