Some one who is on that EPC is going to have to look up the Part Number for him.

I am also having trouble understanding the Goal. While it is true new items have less of a chance of having trouble than Rebuilt items do; buying something new is not an absolute guarantee you will not have problems.

I can understand wanting to have an extra Alternator in the Trunk in case one goes bad (if I was in a remote area); but it sounds like the steve tampa is trying to avoid having to swap Alternators on the road somewhere.


At the Parts Geek place they had Rebuilts; even with the core charge added were $215.
This means you could by 2 Rebuilt Alternators and not send in any cores for $430.
