Thanks guys, just fixed the problem..took out the regulator it was covered in gunk, cleaned it with carb cleaner. The brushes were almost non existant, I polished them with some steel wool and cleaned contacts. Put it back in and my charging problem is fixed! I have a new voltage regulator on order now.
