I was having some issues with no cranking in P position, but it always worked in N. I was prepared to change the neutral safety switch. This evening, in either position, no cranking at all. Lights, radio, etc. all work, but no starter cranking at all. I checked battery voltage and it read fine. Could this have anything to do with my OVP? I seem to recall someone mentioning the OVP could cause a no start situation, not sure if it means no cranking or no starting.
