I lucked into a find on a single part industrial adhesive that works great!

It's called E6000, I bought mine at my local electronics supply store, but I think I also saw it in the craft area at Wal-Mart as well.

My buddy brought his turbo brick (Turbo Volvo) over the other day complaining about a major lose of power. To make a long story short, I found that his rubber intake boot going into his throttle body had a huge split in it and therefore not building any boost. I took it off, degreased it washed several times with dish soap, died it off and applied a generous amount of E6000 to both sides let it dry for eight hours and he has been at full boost ever since.
