Works is the "light" version of MS office. Only have very basic features in excel and word, powerpoint is only a viewer, cannot create/save. IIRC Works 2003 is also free since the feature list is so incredibly limited. It's not even worth the bandwidth, openoffice trumps it in every way imaginable.
