I've seen tons of threads about the defrost blowing hard and hot but now it's the other way around for me.

After two tough weekends working on the acc, everything was actually working! Then after putting the center console back in, it appears I only get low auto. Last week the defrost literally blasted hot air. Now not much change from low auto. It maintains the temp nicely but it's not working as expected.

I'd love to avoid the task of pulling the center console and the kick panels. Any quick, easy solutions? Btw, fuses appear to be ok.

I also get just a trickle of air from the center vents (when blowing cold air, of course), even when the system seemed to be working properly.
