Thanks Doc for the reply. What confuses me is that I was tapping on what appeared to be a long rectangular relay box on the left behind the computers. It didnt look like the cube shaped relay in the pics. None the less, its cheap insurance to replace that relay. Does the fuel pump relay look like the OVP with a plastic see thru top and a fuse?
