Trannsmission is slipping. Sounds like at a minimum reverse needs repair and might as well have them replace the other clutches getting to it. Could try and do it yourself before something goes wrong in there but you have worn plates. Not much to do other than get a rebuilt tranny, used one, or rebuild yours.
