I haven't taken it apart yet because of the weather here, but I was remembering back when they were working normally. The wipers would end up just below where they are parking now, stop for a split second and then pull down out of view. It no longer has that post-sweep parking movement. Does that mean anything, or is it simply the issue you've so eloquently stated?
