I think ICE 32 is intended for use in a R-134a system. If it's ester-based you could leave it in, if it's PAG then you should remove it prior to using the mineral oil and R-12.

You'll probably be safer draining it and properly filling with mineral oil. Plenty of threads on how to split up the full oil charge between components.
