The CB is definitely a good idea, as well as a piece of paper with all important numbers you will need.
Plus a car charger for the cell phone, or even an extra battery if you have one (I do). PLus a couple of good flashlights.
And..in case:
one meter of rubber fuel line + a couple fuel filters in case the local fuel is bad, not your fault
If you have it, a battery /light/air compressor which also connects to the cell phone
A list of locations that have free wifi along your route
A list of truck stops along your route
one aluminum jack and jack stand.
For two years, I drove across the USA towing an enclosed trailer that was delivering high-value cars to their destination quietly. Made lists like this quite often.
