They are these things,
 loop loc anchor.
Thing is they all come with the sleeve which I don't need. Also, I need 15 of these things. Most are missing but some are broken. Makes me wonder how sturdy they are to begin with. I was hoping if I could find some stainless steel bolts that would thread right that they would be stronger. I'm just not sure about corrosion between brass and what ever metal I get the bolts in.
The OEM do screw down flush when not in use which is nice but if they become brittle and break very easy why bother? I can just unscrew then when not in use and store them with the cover.
Most of the Ebay ones are the same price as from the manufacture.
