Yep, that's what I was thinking about. The problem with leaving them out in the summer is that crap will get down inside the anchor and it will be hard to screw in the bolt in the fall. You definitely want something that will go flush with the surface of the concrete in the summer. Any foreclosed homes with pools in your neighborhood?
